Muhammad Yahdi Salampessy, also known as Yahdi, is a legal professional with ten years of experience who has spoken at several seminars, provided legal case consulting, and conducted research and scientific publications.
Yahdi completed his Bachelor of Law at the University of Indonesia. During college, he was active in various internal and external student organizations. Aside from his role as Executive Director of the Scientific Research Organization, he is also active in various research and writing activities. His writings have been published in several mass media such as Bisnis Indonesia Daily and Koran SINDO.
In 2014, he earned a Master of Law degree from the University of Indonesia. Various scholarships have been received, including Academic Achievement Improvement Scholarships and scholarships from the AHP Foundation to conduct studies and research on natural resource law in the United States.
In consulting, auditing, and handling legal cases in court, Yahdi has been active in conducting several projects, such as Business Competition Law Compliance Audit for the Pelindo II State Owned Enterprises Group, Handling Cases of Alleged Violations of Article 11 related to the Cattle Cartel, handling cases of alleged violations of Law No. 5 of 1999 on IndiHome program conducted by PT Telkom, Legal Consultant at the Badan Aksesibilitas Telekomunikasi dan Informasi (Bakti) for development programs and utilization of telecommunication infrastructure such as Base Transceiver Station (BTS), Palapa Ring, Internet Access, and Satellite, Implementation of Business Competition Law Compliance Audit within the Semen Indonesia Group, Legal Consultant Implementation of Notification to KPPU Regarding Acquisition of PT Pertagas by PT Perusahaan Gas Negara, and PT Holcim Cement by PT. Semen Indonesia, Head of the Team for Handling Cases of Alleged Tender Conspiracy at KPPU RI conducted by PGASOL, Legal Consultant for Handling Cases of Late Notification of Acquisition at KPPU RI by PT Wijaya Karya Beton and PT PLN Batu Bara, Legal Consultant at Gojek, and in several other companies and institutions.
